Pure Couture strives to have all customers love their purchase and realize sometimes a return is necessary. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to ensure that returns are handled properly and fairly.
Keep in mind that you should contact us within 3 days after you have signed for your parcel. Please contact us by email (email@example.com) before returning or exchanging any items. We’ll confirm and send you a mailing address before you send anything back.
We will also issue you with a return number. This will enable us to deal with your return efficiently.
Returns may be considered under the following conditions only: we shipped the wrong size, color, style or there's a quality defect with your items. All items must be unused and undamaged, and the original packaging must be returned with the products. Otherwise the return will NOT be accepted.
Upon safe receival of the returned item we will either issue you with a refund or send out an alternative item, depending on your requirements. If the item was ON SALE when you purchased it and it returned to the original price then the refund you can get should be equal to the sale price you paid for.
The cost of returning the dress to us shall be borne by you, and we will refund your account excluding the original shipping fee. please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reach your account.
Please return any items via an insured and traceable service as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in the postal/courier system. Please also ensure that the value of the goods is covered by the service used.
If you'd like to return an item for reasons outside of the aformentioned return conditions, we’d also like to do it. However, we’ll charge you 50% of your payment as restocking and service fee.
- Pure Couture only accepts exchange for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we can not warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by Pure Couture
- You should contact us within 2 business days( from the date that the item is received) if you want to exchange the item.
- if you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support first, our customer representative will clarify for you. If we agree to refund, you need to ship the item back to us within 3 business days (from the date the item is received). We can only exchange after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you. And you should be responsible for the shipping fee.
